Public power utilities of all sizes are increasingly being approached by small cell wireless carriers seeking access to public power utility poles and streetlight poles. At the same time, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and many states have adopted sweeping regulations governing access small cell access to public power utility poles and facilities. Hear an overview of practical considerations in the development and implementation of wireless pole attachment agreements in conformance of the new FCC rules and state requirements.
