The DSM Benchmarker and EIA-861 Schedule 6 Reporting Guide resulted from an ambitious DEED-funded project to develop tools and training to assist public power utilities in responding to the U.S. Department of Energy’s EIA form 861-Schedule 6, a mandatory reporting to capture, nationwide, all utility energy efficiency.
