Available to an unlimited number of users at your utility, eReliability Tracker will help to simplify operations decisions by providing detailed outage summary reports and mobile support for field employees. As a subscriber to this web-based software, your utility will receive an annual national reliability report based on the software data and will earn points toward its Reliable Public Power Provider (RP3) designation. Reporting and Benchmarking:

Subscribers to the eReliability Tracker receive a customized annual report with the intent of providing top level reliability-related benchmarking information to your utility. These reports analyze your utility's outage information for the previous year, comparing your utility's data to other Tracker subscribers' data in your region and class size. In addition to the Annual Reports, eReliability Tracker subscribers may qualify to receive a Certificate of Excellence. Recipients of this recognition were determined by comparing a utility's eReliability Tracker data with the national reliability data as published by the Energy Information Administration (EIA). To receive a certificate, the utility's data had to fall within the first quartile (top 25%) of utilities (based on EIA data) for System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI). You may view an example certificate below:
