APPA's DEED program offers Nov. 13 webinar on eReliability Tracker

On Wednesday, Nov. 13, APPA's Demonstration of Energy & Efficiency Developments (DEED) program will hold a webinar on recent upgrades to the eReliability Tracker software. The webinar will take place from 2 to 3:30 p.m., Eastern time.

APPA’s Energy and Environmental Services manager, Alex Hofmann, will review new enhancements to the eReliability Tracker software and provide tips to help users effectively display and report utility outage data. Knowing how to categorize and evaluate outage data is a key part of the pathway to exceptional utility performance. This webinar will be offered at no cost to all participants.
