Preconference Seminar Fees

Preconference seminars require a separate registration fee. Only the course "The Electric Utility From the Inside Out" on Saturday, June 17 is a full day seminar; all other seminars are classified as half day seminars. These fees apply to each seminar attended.


Conference Mentor Program - NEW!

If you’re a first-time attendee, or the only one from your organization, pair up with a seasoned conference-goer who’ll show you the ropes. Meet your mentor at the Welcome Reception and stay in touch throughout the conference.

Dress Code

The attire for the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures vary, so prepare to dress for cool conditions.

Guest Registrations

The guest registration fee is $175 (each). Guests age 12 and under do not need to register. All guest registrations must be accompanied by a National Conference attendee registration. Guests may not attend general or concurrent sessions unless otherwise listed in the conference program.

Registered conference guests are invited to participate in the Welcome Reception; Guest Hospitality Breakfast; Public Power Expo Grand Reception and Closing Luncheon; Concert & Connections Reception; adn Chair's Breakfast. Guests may attend keynote sessions as space allows.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who cancel in writing on or before June 9, 2017, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after June 9 will not receive a refund, but attendee substitutions will be allowed for the 2017 APPA National Conference. Registrants and no-shows who do not cancel before or on June 9 are responsible for the full registration fee and are not entitled to a refund of their registration fee.
